LeAnn Conway is the founder of Conway Image Consulting, an image consulting business that naturally evolved from Closet Essentials, a personal styling company she formed in 2011. After helping countless women and men take their closets and wardrobes to the next level with her “minimize, organize, accessorize” philosophy, LeAnn branched out into offering professional image consulting services. She is also a professional speaker who shares her knowledge regularly at image and style workshops for corporations, groups and in-home parties.

LeAnn firmly believes that the clothes you wear should be a direct reflection of not only your image, but your unique personality. She also believes that when you have a cohesive wardrobe and an image that encompasses your personal style preferences, you gain greater confidence in all that you do.
When working with her clients, LeAnn always takes an individualized approach as no two people are alike. Clients not only look their best after working with her, but feel their best while working with her. While LeAnn loves fashion, she says she feels most fulfilled when her clients are empowered by the way they look. At this time, LeAnn works with clients located in Wisconsin and Illinois. LeAnn received her Bachelor of Science degree and while pursuing her education she spent a great deal of time in fashion retail and merchandising. She has her Image Consulting certification from Mackenzie Image Consulting is not only a member of the Association of Image Consultants International (AICI), but also the VP of Membership for the Chicago Chapter.
